About Us
Philkats (Pty) Ltd was established in 2015 by Katlego Mashishi in response to a critical and recurring workplace reality: most employer–employee conflict does not arise from bad intent, but from systemic gaps.

Katlego Mashishi
Founder & Director | Philkats (Pty) Ltd
Katlego Mashishi holds a BAdmin Degree in Public Management, a BCom Degree in Labour Relations, an LLB (Law), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management Practice from Henley Business School. He is currently completing an LLM in Mercantile Law at the University of Pretoria.

Dr Thulani Mahlinza
Partner
Dr Thulani Mahlinza is a seasoned HR & OD practitioner with a total of 26 years hands on experience in the field. His qualifications include: Diploma in Human Resources Management, BCom, BCom Honors, Executive Leadership Program, Master of Business Administration (MBA.) and a Phd (Doctor in Business Leadership)

Ms Ntombifuthi Mashishi
Administrator
Ntombi holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Pretoria. She has vast administrative experience acquired over the years where she worked in various schools as a Teacher and Recruitment and Selection Officer.
